At MIT, researchers trained an AI model that can check whether people is infected by COVID-19 from the cough sound recorded with a mobile phone, and published the methodology and experimental results. According to the experimental results, not only was it possible to predict the presence of Corona 19 infection with an accuracy of about 98%, but even those with asymptomatic infection were diagnosed with a probability of 100%. In particular, since it is a method of recording cough sound with a mobile phone, it has the advantage that anyone can check it quickly and easily.
